A Bag of City Market ( Farmers) Goodies and a Crock Pot

This past weekend I made to our City Market ( summer farmers market) and loaded upon parsnips, radishes, beets, leeks, onions and other goodies. Got home and cranked up the crock pot and started some veggie/miso broth going on the stove and got to chopping.

Also had a fresh picked butternut squash and started chopping and rinsing and soon the crock was almost full and I added the broth a little more water, a cup of dried quinoa and sesame seeds and stirred and closed the lid.

Came out great and was delicious and is still 4 days later.
