Holy cow, you are THE MAN! How does this taste? I'm looking at the dandelion greens and kale and thinking "way bitter" Is this correct?
This is how I make green smoothies:
1c oj
3 large froz strawberries
1/2 banana
stuff the rest of blender w/spinach.
It's pretty sweet, which is essential or I won't drink it. =P
I experiment with a variety of dark leafy greens.
I always make a mini smoothie with a new green to taste it by ITSELF.
Most varieties of kale taste great. Spinach is the same as is dandelion.
Mustard greens are sharp and strong and are great if I am making a more savory smoothie.
Collards are rather bland tasting and are a good base. Lettuce- especially Romaine is very sweet.
